The Valē
Early 2019 we had a helping hand in branding out a pop-up dinner experience known as The.Valē. Brought to you by Burnt Ends Singapore's head chef, the talented Jake Kellie. The.Valē is a distinctive take on contemporary, natural and elegant cuisine where quality produce is reinvented into creations that highlight subtle flavors and playfully combined cooking techniques. On February 25th we had the opportunity to experience the very first of four pop-ups that will happen in 2019.
