The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, titles, and interest in and to which are owned by PT Sukses Sejak Selamanya (Ageless Galaxy)

CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

The information on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Ageless Galaxy therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, product availability, or otherwise.

ORDER

If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).We use the information we collect from you to fill your orders and for billing purposes. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

PAYMENT

We have partnered up with Atome Pay Later as an instalment payment option with the following terms & conditions.

0% interest with payment instalment options of 3 months and 6 months (12 months coming soon).

Minimum purchase of 50k : 3 months instalment
Minimum purchase of 100k : 3 & 6 months instalment
Minimum purchase of 200k : 3, 6 & 12 months instalment

You must have an Atome Payment Gateway Account to complete the transaction.
Only applicable for purchases in Indonesia.

Every transaction (approved or rejected) using Atome Pay Later is under the control and authority of Atome. Ageless Galaxy is not responsible for any additional cost / interest fee that may or may not incur using Atome Pay Later. If there are any financial / payment issues on transactions using Atome Pay Later you can email them directly to support@atome.id

Refund process is automatic and up to date. If there are pending transactions (funds not being refunded) you can contact your bank's Customer Service.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders made in the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Please allow a maximum 48 hours for us to process your orders.

SHIPPING

INDONESIAN ORDER
We ship Domestic orders via Le Corsa Messenger (Same Day Services and South Jakarta only) and JNE, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping and delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER
We ship International orders via DHL Express, please allow 5-10 business days for shipping and delivery. International customers are responsible for custom duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed at checkout. For international orders, we are currently partnering up with DHL for selected regions only (Singapore, Malaysia, USA, UK & The Netherlands). However please do send us a message if your region is not listed and we’ll work something out.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS.

We accept returns for SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY up to 10 business days for International Orders and 3 business days for Domestic Orders from the delivery date.

Returns will only be accepted if clothing is unworn with all tags attached.
Please email shop@aglxy.com with details on exchanging your item.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if Ageless Galaxy is not at fault. If a different size is desired, Ageless Galaxy will issue an exchange for the return in that item. However, we are not responsible for any shipping costs in the event of an exchange in size.

Once received, we will send out your exchange.

If we send you a damaged or incorrectly shipped product please contact us immediately. Defective products or products you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.

Sale items are final and are not returnable.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on our Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

PRIVACY

All information we receive during your visit to aglxy.com is kept private and confidential.
