SAHP Jamaican Record Labels Archive Book

This book sets out to archive Jamaican record labels, presenting hundreds of logos in one place. It's worth noting that pinning down the exact number of labels is difficult — even for music historians. No definitive figures have ever been formally documented. What is clear is that recording activity in Jamaica has grown rapidly since the 1950s.

This book is meant to serve as a visual reference and a brief introduction to Jamaican music culture
